Boris was very transparent about a possible transmission issue that they already fixed, and even delivered the old one to my home, 30 minutes away, for free! I was searching for a Honda civic with some good quality’s and a good price. I saw a car from here that I liked online. I came in to see it and really liked it, but the price was a little too out of my budget for me. We even test drove it. Still I waited for the price to lower or something. I was really stuck on the car so I told my father to call and negotiate with the sales man, Tyler. Tyler was very friendly and honest about the car and negotiation. After a day my father was able to get it at a price I liked and Tyler liked. They made sure when I arrived to purchase the car everything was set up and ready to go for me. From having the car ready to having paperwork printed out in advance and ready to sign! Now I have my 2013 Honda Civic that drives smooth and has all the nice qualities I wanted!
